Wir arbeiten für die ganz Großen am Markt: Mobilfunkanbieter, Banken, Energiekonzerne … you name it! Zusammen mit einem tollen Team koordinierst du Aufträge und Projekte und entwickelst die Kundenbeziehungen weiter.

Dabei kannst du bequem in deinen eigenen vier Wänden produktiv sein. Ansonsten bist du jederzeit willkommen in unserem brandneuen Büro, direkt neben den Babelsberger Filmstudios. Eigener Laptop, Kaffee-Flat, riesige Bildschirme, höhenverstellbare Tische, Ruhe am Arbeitsplatz – alles Standard bei uns.

Für unsere Kunden (B2B) bieten wir Wissensmanagement, Business-Korrespondenz und digitales Lernen in allen Facetten: Dafür liefern wir innovative Konzepte, die richtige Software, spannende (Lern-)Inhalte und die passende Beratung aus über 25 Jahren Erfahrung – diese Kombination macht uns einzigartig im deutschsprachigen Raum. Deine Rolle dabei? Du begeisterst dich für einen Kundenauftrag von der ersten Sekunde an und kannst mit Weitblick und Planungsgeschick ein Projekt leiten – sowohl innerhalb der Agentur als auch nach außen.

Ganz konkret – Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Steuerung von Kundenprojekten aus allen koviko Geschäftsfeldern – von der Idee, Konzeption und Planung bis zur organisatorischen Durchführung und Evaluation
  • Steuerung von Kapazitäten und Ressourcen, Definition von Meilensteinen und Aufgabenpaketen
  • Zentrale/r Ansprechpartner/in intern und extern rund um die verantworteten Projekte
  • Pflege und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Produkte auf Basis der Projekterfahrungen und des Kundenfeedbacks
  • Prüfung von (Produkt-)Daten hinsichtlich rechtlicher Vorgaben, interner Richtlinien und Qualitätsstandards 

Das ist dein Profil

  • Berufserfahrung im Projekt-Management, idealerweise im digitalen Umfeld
  • Ausbildung oder Studienabschluss, Quereinsteiger mit Talent und Enthusiasmus ebenso willkommen
  • Offenes, überzeugendes und authentisches Auftreten sowie große Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Starke Kundenorientierung, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Konzeptionelles Denken und Gespür für kommunikative Wirkung
  • Zuverlässige, eigenverantwortliche, lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
