Datenerhebung und Übertragung

Soweit auf unseren Seiten personenbezogene Daten (beispielsweise Name, Anschrift oder E-Mail-Adressen) erhoben werden, erfolgt dies soweit möglich stets auf freiwilliger Basis. Server-Log-Files des Dienstanbieters

Wenn unsere Konzerndatenschutzbeauftragte Ihnen nicht abschließend helfen konnte, gibt es die Möglichkeit, sich als Betroffener bei der zuständigen Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren.

Allgemeiner Hinweis zur Zuständigkeit von Aufsichten für den Datenschutz:

Für koviko ist die Landesdatenschutzaufsichtsbehörde des Bundeslandes Brandenburg zuständig.

Sofern koviko als Auftragsverarbeiter im Sinne Art. 28 und 29 EU-Datenschutzgrundverordnung für andere Unternehmen bzw. Organisationen etc. tätig wird, ist zusätzlich die Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde des jeweiligen Auftraggebers für die Aufsicht über die Einhaltung des Datenschutzes hinsichtlich dessen Kundendaten zuständig. Das sind die Landesdatenschutzaufsichtsbehörden der verschiedenen Bundesländer der BRD oder bei Auftraggebern der Telekommunikationsbranche, die Bundesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit.
